Applicants must have previous experience working in the same capacity within Asia. The applicants will be experienced all-rounder's and will familiar with tenders from drawings, specifications, room data sheets and bills of quantities for all types of MEP Services contracts.
This large company in south east Asia who specialize in the Electrical, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Fire Fighting industry now require an MEP Estimator.
You will ideally have a Degree or a Diploma in a relevant field along with some previous experience as an MEP Estimator and you will have gained previous experience in the south east Asia You will need to be able to Estimate the entire packages for all their MEP projects which will include commercial, residential, sports facilities and hotels. You will ideally have gained some previous experience of estimating with a previous building services company and have the ability to understand specifications, drawings and deal with suppliers and subcontractors quotations.
Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the means, methods, equipment, materials, and craft skills requires to complete the MEP aspects of construction projects.
A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field is preferred and/or equivalent applicable experience; supervisory and management training a plus. |
